    We come from Los Angeles and my boyfriend suggested going to subway. We needed something quick and fast as we where heading on a tour. This has got to be the nastiest subway ever!!! Our sandwiches tasted awful!! The place was dirty! Their ice machine was broken they had an unsanitary bowl with melting ice for customers to self serve.... Just thinking about it now grosses me out! STAY AWAY! I have to give them 1 star in order to post my review. Technically I give them NO STARS

    Most likely the worst subway I have visited. There are only like 2 tables that you can sit in and the place is so small it's basically like subway to go. The lines are always long and the bacon ,lettuce and just the food taste bad, don't get me wrong I love subway but this subway is just horrible. This is my honest opinion and it's been a painful visit.

    A Subway that charges extra for normal amount of cheese????? Unbelievable. At first I thought it was a mistake on my receipt when I saw extra $1.60... But then I confirmed it with the manager. Also very small place with few tables.

    I don't think they understand what germs are. I watch the sandwich maker drop a knife on the floor and put it back in the knife holder she goes to make my sandwich and grabs the same knife to slice my bread. I tell her no that it's dirty and she pretends not to speak English. I insist on a different knife. If you want cucumber you get two slices for every 6 inches of sandwich. You get two slices of roast beef for every 6 inches. I paid for double and they tried to only give me 3 additional slices. Not coming here again.

    there are a few reasons why i sometimes choose to eat at subway. i need something quick. some locations are open 24/7. im broke, etc. this particular location is not open 24/7, but its conveniently located on washington and 5th. ive eaten here a few times. service tends to be decent. the kids who work behind the counter are playful but nice. the location is well kept and their ingredients are fresh, so if you like subway, you will like this one. tiny location, 3 tables. eat fresh.

    So I came by here 2hrs ago and it has a sign on the door "closed for cleaning and bread", but no one is to be seen. Now I'm back and the same sign on the door and still no one around. I called 5 times to see when they would open with no answer. Oh and the place for bread has been full since I came the first time.

    SLOOOOOOOWEST subway I've ever been too. One girl was working but was slow and rude. Another girl didn't bother working and just stood around doing nothing. The line was almost out the door but she thought refilling the already full drink fridge was more important than the guest in house. Where is management? NOT COMING BACK.

    I have been waiting for more than 5 min while she was filling her tomatoes before she decided to ask me what I want. Stupid byatch with an attitude She can keep it now, after she is done. I am out.

    I'm usually satisfied with the level of customer service I receive when I go to a Subway store. My only expectation is that I receive the same treatment, experience, and level of customer service from each individual store. However, my visit to this store was less than stellar. When my friend and I walked in, the atmosphere of the business seemed very uncomfortable. When I asked questions regarding the menu and prices, I was greeted with an attitude for no apparent reason. The two ladies then went on making my sandwich and started speaking in their native language which I found very rude. For a business that doesn't close for another two hours, all the chairs were already flipped over the tables like it was closed already. The chairs even had stickers placed at the bottom of each chair stating that at no time at all, were these chairs to be on the tables. Although it was a great deal for a sandwich overall, ultimately the customer service left a very bad taste in my mouth. I had kindly and politely asked for some mustard and mayonnaise for my sandwich after I had started eating, and was presented with even more attitude. Maybe she didn't like the fact that we were in the store two hours before closing? I do not know. When I asked for some mustard and mayonnaise, I did not expect her to put half the bottle on my sandwich, nor half the bottle of mayonnaise. I had to ask her to stop and then she continued to ask me if I wanted more. Normal people do not act like this. I was horrified of this experience. This just shows that the girls that were working are lazy, rude, and complacent. I will think twice before I go to another Subway.
